Food:
Breakfast: Eggs/Bacon and Hash Browns at 6:10am (woke up late due to sleeping so heavily after the walk - This exercise will cure me or kill me)
Lunch: Pork and Mashed potatoes at 11:30am
Dinner: Tacos and potatoes at 5:30pm
The walk was good tonight. They were out 'fogging' to keep the mosquito population down so breathing deeply was a challenge in some areas. A friend came with me for the second time. She is considerably fitter and spent most of my walk running on ahead and circling back. It was a little dispiriting to see but it was good to have some company though.
I made the mistake of sitting down to watch a film after the walk and didn't get to bed till late... tomorrow will be a challenge.
