Day Five: Wednesday

Dragged myself from my pit at 6:30 this morning. Can't cope with staying up until midnight and then trying to get up at 5:30... Must get an early night tonight.
Food:
Breakfast - Dorset Cereals Porridge (7am)
Lunch - Lamb Curry with Rice (11:30am)
Dinner - Southern Fried Chicken with Rice (5pm)

Tonight will be exercise free as it is Film Night.
Not good for the body but good for the mind. I will no doubt regret that tomorrow.
